Lion Brand^® Fun Fur

GAUGE:

16 stitches = 4 in. (10 cm) in Stockinette stitch (knit on right side, purl on wrong side) with 1 strand each of A, B and C held together. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

Capelet will stretch to fit a range of sizes. Pattern is written for smallest size with changes for larger size in parentheses. To follow pattern more easily, circle all numbers pertaining to your size before beginning.

CAPELET
With 1 strand each of A, B and C held together, cast on 40 (44) stitches.
Row 1 (right side): Knit.
Row 2 (wrong side): Purl. Repeat Rows 1 and 2 until piece measures 31 (39) in. (78.5 (99) cm) from beginning. Bind off.

FINISHING
Sew short ends together. Weave in ends.
