Simple Modern Squares Afghan
Lion Brand® Homespun®
GAUGE: 10 stitches + 7 rows = 4 in. (10 cm) in half double crochet. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

| I chose 7 colors from the Vanna White Choice yarn by Lion Brand yarn. I varied from the pattern by my use of yarn, I did a double crochet stitch for the block . I trimmed with a single row of each color in 1 1/2 crochet stitch. Ending with a Scallop border trim in the green. I didn’t list the colors I used because some have been discontinued. This was very easy took me a couple of week working maybe a hour or so a day.
