Lion Brand® Microspun - Ruffles®

GAUGE:

13 hdc = 4 in. (10 cm) with A. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

SLEEVE (make 2)
With A, ch 30 (36, 41), join with sl st in first ch to form a ring.
Rnd 1: Ch 2, turn, hdc in each ch around; join with sl st in first hdc to join.
Rnd 2: Ch 2, turn, hdc in each hdc around; join with sl st in first hdc to join.
Rep last rnd until piece measures 18 in. (45.5 cm) from beg.
Ruffles Rnd (WS): With WS facing, hold B against RS of last rnd. *Insert hook through next st of last rnd and through top edge of B, draw loop of B through st and loop on hook (sl st made), skip about 1 in. (2.5 cm) of B; rep from * around.
Fasten off.

Ruffle Edge Sleeves Reviewed by kimberly harbeck on 2010-02-15 ****
I made these,,a first for me. Only issue I had was that i had to increase at the top to be able to sew the sleeves on the jacket. I get complements everytime I wear it. Going to make some more.
