Patchwork Stripes Baby Blanket
Lion Brand® Lion® Organic Cotton
GAUGE: 17 sts + 24 rows = 4 in. [10 cm] in Stockinette stitch (knit on RS, purl on WS) BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.
NOTES: Circular needle is used to accommodate large number of stitches. Work back and forth in rows, as if working on straight needles.

| Patchwork Stripes Baby Blanket Reviewed by Elisa Johnson on 2010-08-29 |

Nice, easy pattern; knits up quickly. Will be making this blanket again.
I made this blanket using acrylic yarn (it's what I had on hand!) and converted the pattern so that I knitted it all in one piece. That meant that on the rows that were striped block/solid block/striped block with the solid border, I had SEVEN balls of yarn going! (-:
