Vintage Neck Tie Reviewed by Durinda Dunncavin on 2013-01-18
Hi I just finished this pattern. I love the way it came out. At first I thought there was a mistake due to using size P & N crochet hooks with Vanna's choice # 4 weight yarn but as I got going I loved it. The pattern was a little tricky for me. I had to really pay attention when it came to the leaf portion. I used a size I hook to do the finishing single crochet around the leaf & started all the way down to the base of the leaf. I might make the next one slightly shorter. I also think it could be modified to make a headband/ear warmer. If you have any ides on how to do that I am interested
