GAUGE:
19 stitches = 4 in. [10 cm]. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.
WRAP
Cast on 45 stitches.
Row 1: Knit 1,*purl 1, knit 1; repeat from * across row.
Repeat Row 1 until piece measures 38 in. (96.5 cm) from beginning. Bind off.
FINISHING
Sew cast-on and bound-off edges together. Weave in ends.

I actually crocheted this wrap using a similar color bamboo yarn. It was absolutely gorgeous! So much so that I have wanted to make it again and was looking desperately for it in the crochet section today. Just had an idea to look in the knit and HERE IT IS! I am thinking knit or crochet ~ gorgeous!
