Striped Lapghan
Lion Brand® Lion® Suede
GAUGE: 9 dc + 6 rows = 4 in. (10 cm). BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.
STITCH EXPLANATION: STRIPE SEQUENCE
Work *1 row B, 1 row C, 1 row D, 2 rows A, 1 row B, 1 row D, 1 row C, 2 rows A; rep from * for Stripe Sequence. |
NOTES: To change color, work last st to the point where there are only 2 loops left on hook, yarn over with new color and draw through both loops to complete last st.

It was wonderful to make, very satisfying. Worked up w/just enough interest. Actually ended up making it blanket size for my son-in-law and now it's the family's favorite, very soft. I did change the scarlet for olive tho, and now look forward to using the scarlet for gloves and scarf. Thank you Lion Brand!
Dean
