Knit Sweater Blanket
Lion Brand® Wool-Ease® Thick & Quick® - Homespun® - Wool-Ease®
GAUGE: About 4 sts = 4 in. [10 cm] in St st (k on RS, p on WS) with 1 strand of each yarn held together. Due to the nature of the fabric when working with Speed Stix, gauge may vary throughout the knitting and is not crucial to this project. EXACT GAUGE IS NOT ESSENTIAL FOR THIS PROJECT.
BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

| I made this for a Christmas gift. Wonderful colors and very warm but didn't like the way the neck looked when I tacked corners to back. The loose knit made pulls where I tacked it. So I made a pocket where the neck should be by by stitching the sides up to the fold line. It made a nice place to keep your tootsies warm. If I make it again I would redesign the neck and make the arms more like sleeves. Thanks for the creative start.
