NOTES:
Use small blue loom for infant size cap, medium red loom for child size cap, and large green
loom for adult size cap.
Cap is worked with 3 strands of yarn held together throughout.
When a color is not in use, place it in the center of the ring while working the other colors.
STRIPE PATTERN 3 rounds A
2 rounds B
1 round C
4 rounds D
1 round K
2 rounds E
2 rounds F
3 rounds G

CAP
Rounds 1-3: With 3 strands of A held together, wrap all pegs and knit around.
Place A in the center of the ring (do not cut). Rounds 4 and 5: With 3 strands of B held together, wrap all pegs and knit around.
Place B in the center of the ring. Round 6: With 3 strands of C held together, wrap all pegs and knit around.
Place C in the center of the ring. Rounds 7-60: Continue in Stripe Pattern until 60 rounds have been worked.
Cut yarns, except last color used, leaving long tails. Round 61 (Decrease Round): Transfer loops from every other peg onto the next peg; knit
round.
Cut yarn leaving a 24 in. [61 cm] long tail. Round 62 (Bind Off): *Wrap next peg with loop on it, knit it and pull tail through; repeat
from * around.
Finishing
Pull tails tightly to secure. Weave in ends.
Pom Pom
Using 1 strand each of D and E, follow package instructions to make Pom Pom. Sew Pom Pom to
top of Cap.

Definitely use a bulky yarn on this one instead of 3 strands worsted and cut the yarn even if it says not to unless you're repeating that color more often than every 10 stripes.
