GAUGE: 13 sts + 16 1/2 rows = 4 in. [10 cm] in k1, p1 Rib with larger needles. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.
STITCH EXPLANATION: K1, p1 Rib

| I enjoyed making this. It worked up quickly. I did put two buttons on to help hold it in shape as it tends to flare open below the buttons. I recieved many complements on it the two times I have worn it. It is warm yet light.
