Bright Idea Scarf
Lion Brand® Wool-Ease® Thick & Quick®
GAUGE: 13 stitches = 4 in. [10 cm] in knit 1, purl 1 pattern. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

I made this scarf and it was quick and very easy and fun! I used circular needles.I just finished doing another one but with the Lion Boucle yarn, "Tutti Fruitti" and it is beautiful and so snuggly. I did not change anything on the pattern so the Boucle yarn makes it a little wider, which is a plus. I used 2 balls and it is about the same length as the other yarn scarf. Also, the Boucle yarn is a bit more of a challenge. I love making these ahead for Christmas for my granddaughters and other children. (I am thinking about keeping the colorful Boucle scarf for myself.)
