Blue Lagoon Blanket
Lion Brand® Babysoft® - Microspun
GAUGE: 14 stitches + 24 rows = 4 in. [10 cm] in Garter stitch (knit every row) with 1 strand of A and 1 strand of C held together. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

| I love making this blanket for newborns! It's so soft and they always need something to cuddle up with. I made one change though. I added one more step to the stripe pattern. I worked 6 rows with 1 strand B and 1 strand C. The stripes made more sense to me that way. Easy and fun!
