Sweet Cherries Blanket
Lion Brand® Babysoft® - Microspun
GAUGE: 14 stitches + 24 rows = 4 in. [10 cm] in Garter stitch (knit every row) with 1 strand of A and 1 strand of C held together. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

| Sweet Cherries Blanket Reviewed by K. Gellis on 2011-08-19 |

| I made this blanket about four years ago for my daughter. I made it using the recommended yarns and followed the pattern except that I made it a little larger. It is still a very nice blanket. It is warm, hefty, and very soft. I also like that the colors and pattern are relatively timeless, so they aren't going out of style too quickly. They have not faded, and I see no staining. It cleans up well, since the fibers are synthetic. It has some fuzzies, pilling, but surprisingly few. I hate pilling, but this blanket is not bad. I don't wash it too often, and I treat it kindly when I do. I have to say that it has held up very well. It's sweet!!
