With A, cast on 20 stitches. Knit 2 rows. * Do not cut A. With B, knit 2 rows. Do not cut B. With A, knit 2 rows. Repeat from * until a total of 42 rows have been worked, ending with 2 rows A.

I made this in black. The side where I didn't carry the yarn looked different, so I crocheted a trim down that side at the edge.
I'm very happy with it.
