Jean's Felted Coin Purse
Lion Brand® Landscapes®
GAUGE: 12 sts = 4 in. [10 cm] in St st (k on RS, p on WS), before felting. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

| I made this in a day. It is a quick beginner project. I followed the felting instructions. I am not sure if it felted correctly but I like the end result even though you can still see my stitching mistakes. Overall this is a quick and fun project that all beginners should do. The next one I do, i will probably use a snap instead of button for flap.
