Child's Tulip Purse

Lion Brand® Microspun

GAUGE:

5 in. x 5½ in. [12.5 x 14 cm], not including handle When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. The needle or hook size called for in the pattern is based on what the designer used, but it is not unusual for gauge to vary from person to person. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make your swatch, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

Making a Gauge Swatch

NOTES:

Petals are crocheted in sections, then sewn together to make a diminutive purse.

Child's Tulip Purse Reviewed by Julie Ann Pelletier on 2012-03-28 *****
I love this and made one in pink and one purple for my 3-1/2 year old twin granddaughters. Takes only a few hours to complete and my knitting group of women (many of them also grandmothers) loved it and asked for the pattern. Thanks, Lion Brand, for so many great FREE patterns!!!
