Pocket Embroidery Pattern
Front and Back Embroidery pattern
Following diagrams, embroider a chain st motif centered on Back yoke, each
Front yoke, and each Pocket Flap. With A, make a vertical stitch by bringing
needle to RS inside of C chain at lower point, then inserting needle to WS
inside of C chain at upper point. Make a horizontal stitch by bringing needle to
RS outside of C chain at left point, then inserting needle to WS outside of C
chain at right point. This forms a cross in center of motif. Work one chain
stitch over center of cross by bringing needle up on lower right side of cross,
then inserting needle at same point, leaving a loop on top of cross. Bring
needle up on upper left side of cross, through loop, then insert needle down
into fabric on other side of loop to secure loop.
Weave in ends.
