Crochet Flower Throw

Lion Brand® Homespun®

GAUGE:

10 sc + 10 rows = 4" [10 cm].
Flower = 5 1/2" x 5 1/2" [14 x 14 cm]. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. The needle or hook size called for in the pattern is based on what the designer used, but it is not unusual for gauge to vary from person to person. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make your swatch, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

Making a Gauge Swatch

NOTES:

Crocheted flower squares are joined to each other as you work.
Mark RS of each Flower with safety pin or scrap of yarn. When attaching a Flower, hold working Flower and previous Flower with RS in same direction.

This was a nice pattern.I changed number 42 and make it A so the afghan was balanced for me. I used Painted Desert, Plum, Baroque and Meadow for my colors.
