Furry Pillow
Lion Brand® Fun Fur®
GAUGE: 12.75 stitches + 16 rows = 4" [10 cm] in Stockinette Stitch (knit on right side, purl on wrong side). BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.
NOTES: Row 1 establishes right side.

PILLOW SIDES - Make 2
Cast on 40 stitches. Work in Stockinette Stitch until piece measures 12 1/2" from beginning.
Bind off all stitches, leaving long tail on 2nd piece for sewing, and weave in ends.
Place pieces together with right sides facing out and top and bottom reversed (Row 1 of 1 piece line up with last row of other piece). With tail of yarn, sew together with whipstitch on 3 sides, sewing through ends of stitches and rows. Insert pillow and sew last side. Weave in end. |

| Furry Pillow Reviewed by MARIANN on 2011-09-18 |

This was the first pillow I knitted and it was very easy!
I used 2 strands. One strand of Mexicana fun fur and one strand of Impeccable Rouge.
I used fiberfill stuffing instead of a pillow form.
Very satisfied with this pattern.
