CORRECTIONS: (applied Aug 19, 2005)
STRAP
With middle-size hook, join B with slip st around top st of Ruffle
on one side and make a chain 28” [71 cm] or desired length. Being
careful not to twist, slip st to top Ruffle st on opposite side of
Bag. Ch 1 and sc in each ch across, ending with slip st in top of
Ruffle. Ch 1, slip st in each sc across, ending with slip st in top
of Ruffle on opposite side. Fasten off and weave in ends
