GAUGE: Please see the gauge in the downloadable pattern. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

| Made this shawl only shorter than pattern suggested for my mother. It is absolutely gorgeous. She gets complements everytime she wears it. The pattern is quick, super easy, and changing yarn is easy in the pattern. It is also very easy to adjust length of the wrap. I recommend doing that because it appears to pull down just a little longer as you wear it.
