Downloadable Pattern: Garter Yoke Vest
Lion Brand® Chenille Thick & Quick®
GAUGE:
8 sts + 12 rows = 4" (10 cm) in stockinette st (k on RS,
p on WS) on size 11 (8 mm) needles. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.
NOTES:
This vest is worked in one piece from the lower back,
over the shoulders and down the front. A single crochet
edging is applied to the front band and sleeve edges with
crocheted button loops on right front.
Where only one figure appears, it applies to all sizes.
