Lion Brand® Chenille Thick & Quick®
GAUGE: 8 sts + 12 rows = 4” (10 cm) in Stockinette st (k on RS, p on WS). BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you fewer stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

| Strip Throw Reviewed by Sue Ostergaard on 2011-11-14 |

| I made this in Lion Brand Hometown yarns. The texture is different from what it would have been with chenille, but did not unravel as the other reviewers mentioned. I wanted to make it much larger than the size in the pattern, was aiming for 60x60, which made it pretty heavy. The recipient of the afghan did like it very much.
