8 p. de jer. (tejer derecho en LD, tejer revés en LR) = 4 inches (cm) en agujas nº10½. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR GAUGE. When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. If it takes you less stitches and rows to make a 4 in. [10 cm] square, try using a smaller size hook or needles; if more stitches and rows, try a larger size hook or needles.

BOINA
Usando agujas circulares más pequeñas, montar 52 p. sueltos. Colocar el marcador para indicar el inic. de la vta. Trabajar en elástico 1der, 1rev durante 4 vueltas. Aum. 16 p. espaciados uniformemente – 68 p.

Dism. vta. 3 (5 Der., der2jun) 8 veces. Tejer derecho 1 vta. – 48 p. Continuar dism. 8 p. alternando vueltas hasta que queden 8 p.
Siguiente vta. Der2jun desde el principio hasta que sólo queden 2 p. Tejer 2 vtas. más. Cortar la lana y sacar a través de los p. res. Entretejer los extremos sueltos.

BUFANDA
Con agujas nº11, montar 17 p. Hilera 1 1 Der., *1 rev. 1 der.; rep. desde *. Rep. hilera 1 durante 76 inches. Rematar. Entretejer los extremos sueltos.
Terminación Colocar la bufanda plana, doblar hasta 8 inches en cada extremo para hacer los bolsillos. Coser los lados en esta posición en forma invisible.
