When you match the gauge in a pattern, your project will be the size specified in the pattern and the materials specified in the pattern will be sufficient. Don't be afraid of this pattern. Although it has a skill level of intermediate, I found it to be very fast and easy. I chose my own colors to match my livingroom and love the bold statement it makes. People cannot stop complimenting me on it.
