This was my first granny square ever. The pattern just makes it bigger and bigger until it becomes a baby blanket. Mine measured 26 inches squared. It was pretty easy, and I was pleased with how quickly I got to the desired size. I will definitely make this again.

Fun and easy pattern, I made the throw into a larger, adult size, can easily be made any size you want. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 for the yarn itself, not the pattern. Yarn is of uneven thickness sometimes, from super thin to quite bulky in spots.

This blanket turned out really cute. I used one extra ball of yarn to make it a little bigger. My baby loves it!

I just started to make this pattern into several granny squares for my niece. I like the pattern and found it overall pretty easy to follow (it was my first "In a round" pattern I've done, so I was a bit intimidated). The only thing I would make more CLEAR in the pattern is that when completing the corners, you should crochet into the hole created by the chain one space, not into the chain itself, as it makes the corner bulge weirdly. I only realized this after completing 1/4 of my project (so many squares!) and looking at the photo more closely. I'm sure it will turn out fine, but I wanted to point that out in case it could help someone else. :D

This is fun to crochet:) I love the Mardi Gras colors. The yarn is so soft and pretty. I put this small throw on the back of my recliner. I love it!
