I just wanted to thank Roberta for her very comprehensive review - especial thanks for the suggestions on how to join the pieces together and how to modify the pattern.

This came out very nice. It was a quick and easy success for a new knitter like myself.

It's a nice headband. I made like 8 of them out of different colors, everyone seems to like/want one...thanks for the pattern.

This was my first knitting project. (I'm a fairly experienced crocheter, though!)

I thought it came out very well. It's cute and very comfortable. It looks very much like the picture, apart from the color.

The size fits me, which was great; my head is pretty large, so not every one-size-fits-all pattern works for me. (If it hadn't fit, it would have been my smaller-headed sister's Christmas present.) If I make it again, I might add about an inch or so to each piece, just to have it fit a touch less snugly.

I used the yarn suggested, although I used the Cranberry color rather than the pink shown. I have just under half a ball of yarn left.

It came together very quickly. The pattern was easy to follow. I used the shoulder-seaming video from the Berroco site to learn how to join the pieces nicely.

I can highly recommend this pattern!
