My first try to crochet and I amazed myself. It was so so easy. Watched the video and printed the various crochet stitches and off I went. Now my 13year old cat has a nice warm blanky for the winter which already started here in SA

A quick, easy pattern and a very cute little blanket. I definitely recommend it!

I made this afghan with the Tweed Stripes "Tundra" yarn. The pattern was very easy and went very quickly. I love picot edging -- I think it gave it just the right finishing touch.

I made this blanket twice for charity. It is fast and easy and makes a nice sturdy little throw. I chose to do a different border on each one. I like the picot border, but the slip stitches go too slowly.

This was an excellent pattern to work with for those getting back into crocheting after a while. The picot edging scared me a little until I finally did the edging. For sure, I was not scared anymore to crochet the picot once I understood what I needed to do to crochet one. Very simple and easy to do as all it requires are: double crochet, chain, and slip stitch. Nothing more complicated than that!
