Nice pattern. Well written. Looks great with the Glitter, but can be used for other yarns as well.

I made this in Vanna's Glamour Garnet and trimmed it in Vanna's Glamour Platinum. The combination is beautiful and elegant.

A friend has made several of these shawls and they are magnficient. She said the pattern is very easy. She is going to teach me and recommended that I start with straight needles as a beginner.

This pattern was very easy to follow, and I used the Vanna's glamour in black. My friend wanted an elegant shawl for a special occasion. I added beads to the trim and it was absolutely gorgeous! I was so inspired that I made a matching coin purse for her.

This is the third shawl I made in this pattern. This last one is in Vanna's Glamor, color Topaz. It is gorgeous. Originally I was going to give it as a gift but now I'm tempted to keep it.

This pattern is shown under many different names when utilizing different Lion yarns and different colors but whatever you wish to call it, it's a delightful shawl. I've made a larger one in Homespun, smaller ones in plain textured worsted weight and also a mohair blend yarn. All of them come out with a unique appearance. The pattern is easy but as the stitch count became higher I did use markers about every 20 or 25 st.s to keep track. (You do have to move them as you move back & forth but when checking your count, it's easier to have the markers) This pattern is very versatile! You can use almost any yarn, adjust your needle size accordingly, and make it larger or smaller.
