I made this pair of gloves about 2 years ago. They are the first pair I ever made! They are beautiful. However, two things bothered me about the pattern. First, the stem on one leaf is three stitches wide and the other two stems are one stitch wide (see picture). At first I thought I made a mistake reading the pattern but, I am pretty sure I followed it correctly because it happened on both cuffs. My second complaint is really minor and also could be a mistake on my part. The point of the flower pattern on the hand is one row off from the point between the leaves on the cuff. You really can’t notice it but, it bothers me. Once again it happened on both hands. I feel this is such a beautiful pattern but it needs a little tweaking. I have not made the gloves since corrections were made in February 2011. Maybe the corrections addressed these problems. I will make them again and let you know.

I loved this pattern. Yes it was challenging, but it was classified as Skill Level 'Experienced' for a reason... Simple rule for going back and forth, use a highlighter to indicate what rounds you've completed. Print out more than 1 copy so you can spread them out, and read each page carefully before actually knitting. This will save you a lot of heartache. Attached is a picture of my right glove. Now to the challenge of the left glove.. Have fun, I loved knitting this glove.

I agree with the other review, very confusing pattern. The designer did not include a way to join the little finger with the next knitted rounds. I finally gave up...just not worth it.

I love the design and I'm now working the thumb increases. This is the most confusing written pattern I've ever followed. I'm cutting and pasting it in notepad to put it in the correct order instead of jumping around. I don't recommend it without rewriting it as I'm doing.
