Makes great gifts! Have made several for friends and family, especially for holiday gifts, and they were a hit! I backed some of them with cork and batting so that earrings that don't dangle could simply be punched through, rather like push pins. Adds versatility.

I made one of the 5x7 jewelry frames for my mom for Mother's Day, and she LOVED it! This pattern is so easy, and it takes very little time to complete. From start to finish, I think it took 4 or 5 hours to knit, and another 15 minutes to the finished product. Now that I know what I'm doing it will probably go even faster. I highly recommend this project to all knitters!

This was my first easy+ pattern. I had to look up all of the stitches, but the videos helped a lot! Even with all the prep work I finished this in only two sittings (a couple of hours). A very quick project I hope to send to my mum for Mother's day. I found the perfect frame at a thrift store. I would suggest this to other beginners or anyone who wants a quick and pretty project.
