Winding Trails Scarf - even more beautiful than the photo! Reviewed by Kellie S. on 2013-08-29 ****
I love this pattern! I must admit that I find working with Homespun quite challenging, bit once past the initial foundation chain row, you only work into the chain spaces. I used the Prarie colourway, and I love the subtle colour transitions. I added 2 wooden buttons to one end, so that it could go from infinity and beyond! I used almost two skeins and had enough to make a cut little accent flower. Only negative? I have to give it away! Definitely will be making one for myself.

I absolutely loved this pattern because it works up pretty fast and the finished length is incredible. I only recommend buying two balls instead of three because it easily reaches the length with only two. I made a beanie with the first ball and still had enough yarn to make the desired length with the rest of the first ball and the second. overall LOVE IT!

No problems with this quick simple pattern. I chose to make it a little shorter than three whole balls, using just over two, and it was still a good 100 inches. I also added a fringe on the ends, just my preference. I'm starting another one right away for a gift.
