I made this cowl using Vanna's choice yarn. It came out very well and is very appreciated by the person I gave it to.

I used all the same yarns except substituting color(C) and color(E) with a worsted weight recycled yarn and LOVE the color way and double-strand meshing of color! I did find that using 6.5 mm bamboo circulars were a little stiff and awkward. I want to make it again, but with larger needles for a softer draping cowl. It's a beautiful colorway and easy pattern. perfect for the winter!

This is a great project! I used Cotton Ease in Berry, Violet and Lime. Mine isn't as big around as the one on the model, but it's perfect for me!

I had the same problem with running out of espresso at the very end. I used some other colors. For C, I used Berry. D was Terracotta. E was Maize. The colors came out beautifully, although Walnut was not exactly as warm of a brown as what I expected. I'm not a super fast knitter, and this project only took me about 3 hours. Enjoy!

Knits up fast and looks lovely - but will have to pick up another skein of Espresso to finish the last few rows or start over and change needles.
