Try Etsy website for thousands of shawl pins. Some are handmade and some are just produced, the website is
go to Handmade and sit back and have fun.
This shawl is very easy to make and you can work on it and do others thins at the same time; such as assist with homework, watch tv, chat with a friend.
Have fun.

Great easy pattern took a while to do about 3 days work but very relaxing as the stitch work was simple . I did mine shorter about 47 cm long . Next time i would do less cast on stitches as I feel that the shawl is quite long . I made this one for my Nana and she loves it

This was incredibly easy to make, but took a LONG time to complete. The pattern is easy to keep track of, so I worked on it while watching lots of movies!

Very easy to knit although it did take many hours of work! I used the recommended Jiffy yarn and I think in the future I'll use a wool/acrylic blend for this project for a better touch and feel.

I am a beginner knitter. My sister was just diagnose with throat cancer. I wanted to knit her a prayer shawl. After starting and restarting different patterns, I finally found this one.
It is easy to follow and I had a great time working on it. Also it was so easy I was able to pray while I was knitting and I didnt mess it up in the process.
I used Vanna's choice color 303 purple mist.

This is a beautiful completed project and very simple to make. The pattern is easy to remember so it makes a marvelous project to knit while in a group. I have made it in the color shown and also in a softer yarn in petal pink as a prayer shawl for a friend's daughter undergoing treatment for breast cancer. As a pattern for a prayer shawl I used the pattern setting row as a time to fill the shawl with my prayers.

However, I am having trouble finding the shawl pin shown on the website. Any help?
