This pattern is worth the effort, you just have to be willing to put in some extra effort. It is a good idea to use the markers where suggested & also might be a good idea to keep track of how many ch 4 sc you need to do each row so you don't get confused. I made these for a friend for her wedding & they are gorgeous!

I did them in a cranberry color, they turned out very nicely, but the pattern is a PAIN IN THE you know what... who ever wrote them did it very lazy and makesit difficult to read... i would consider this pattern intermediate, the ony thing that makes this for an experienced crocheter is the fact that the pattern is that hard to try and follow with out re-writing them.

Very comprehensive pattern! I understood the whole thing! As someone who never uses stitch markers, I found it helpful to use them when recommended.

I made them to match a sleek black dress. They are very cool!

I made these in a chocolate brown. It takes some concentration to get them all put together but very nice when done! I added a little bobble stitch on the finger end to match a sweater I have made. Thanks Lion brand for the great pattern.

The gloves turned out great, but only after I rewrote the pattern. It's very confusing because whoever wrote this has you refer back to one section and that section has you refer back to another section. And since my arms are so skinny I had to reduce earlier to get the right fit.
