So far a 5 star - thanks for the diagram - helps explain a previous pattern. I may try to adjust the sleeves for less bulk. Looks A-dorable.

I have knitted 30 of these sweaters so far, some with stripes and others plain. Since they go to an orphanage in Zambia, Africa, I want them different enough for the children to tell apart. I adapted the pattern to work on my manual knitting machine and can turn them out very quickly. It takes longer to finish the sweater than to knit it.

Thanks for the free pattern.

I made this set for my grandson and it really turned out very cute. I started it in the stripe pattern but quickly became annoyed at changing the yarn color so frequently. I started over with a solid (with flecks of color)and that was great! The sleeves (not set in) make the sweater full and very comfortable for a little guy, not to mention very easy to put on. This is a great set, but skip the stripes. I also crocheted a simple chain stitch all around the edges for a more finished look. A little creativity goes a long way...Looks Great!

thought the arms were going to be too short, but ended up being fine. i knitted this without stripes to make it really easy, as it was my first knitting project. It turned out really well and my daughter has had lots of use from it!

I knit this one for a friend's
(girl) twin Pretty easy and looks cute with a little denim shirt and a collared shirt or turtle neck shirt or a hoodie I say this becase the neck edge was not that fancy looking.

I knit this one for a neice. Cute little set- I changed up the wool colors to a little more feminine(same brand) as I made the smallest size and seemed a cuter for a wee one!
