For someone who has had problems with handling the multiple needle aspect, this was an extremely easy pattern to do and great for learning the dp needle techniques and the i-cord was just as easy. THANKS for a great pattern!

I LOVE this preemie hat. It is the cutest pattern. I just learned to knit last month. I have only made 2 scarfs and a dishcloth and this hat was so easy, I finished it in one day! Great for babies in the NICU! My baby was 1 pound 10 ounces and the medium size hat fit him perfectly.

I loved this pattern. it was so easy to knit and it knitted up so fast. I ended up making two in one night because I am expecting twins, but definately plan on making more to donate to charities and hospitals.
Everyone who has seen the hats adore them.

These hats are so adorable and soft. They are also a quick, easy project for an evening. Sweet little hats really are great for donating to charities or making for all of my friends who are having babies. Everyone just loves them.

But one thing that confused me as I was beginning to make them (I had never made hats before) is that, when you are shaping the crown, continue to decrease the number of stitches (one row is k6, k2tog, then two rows k5, k2tog, then you should go on to k4,k2tog, etc.). I hope this helps. I made a couple of goofy-looking hats before I realized that. Oopsie. Oh well, I now know how to make the perfect baby hat!
