There are mistakes in this pattern. However it is a Gorgeous afghan! I am an experienced crocheter and let me tell you I had the worst time making this from the directions. Finally I realized that there are a couple of mistakes in the pattern directions, so I made it work on my own. Also, I had to do the center of the afghan with a smaller hook than stated. I used p and n hooks for this afghan. It is gorgeous and I'm so glad I was persistent. Until they fix the pattern I wouldn't recommend trying this unless you are very experienced.

I am an experienced crocheter and this is anything but easy, advanced intermediate at least. It is hard to make it come out even. I used a single strand and after the first picot row gave up and did my own thing with it. I can't even imagine how much harder it would be with two strands.

There is something really wrong with this pattern. If you use a Q-hook the center is extremely large. Anything smaller and you can't use double strand. I wish they would correct this and repost the instructions -- it looks like a great pattern.

I had a difficult time making this one. Definitely NOT "easy" After a lot of work and re-work and much more time than I was expecting, it came out fine, but much smaller than expected. Also, I couldn't get it to come out sot the center didn't pull funny. the pattern pictures looked so beautiful, I was a little disappointed!
