Very quick and easy. I have made the vest two times and am getting ready to knit it for the third time. I did, however, make the seed stitch for five inches on the bottom, instead of five rows, for a more decorative embellishment.

Mine came out to be the perfect size, although I am tall and I made a medium. It was super easy

I made this with Homespun - unbelievably quick and easy. However, I agree with the reviewer who found it to run small. That's OK if you don't need the bottom front to come together. I've received numerous compliments on this vest.

I checked my gauge, and size measurements, but this turned out to be too small for me, and I gave it to my sister. It is fast and easy, however.

This is an easy pattern for a beginner. I've knitted socks so this was very easy for me. The hard part is doing the seams, I've never done that before and I am struggling with it. I've torn out twice already trying to get it to lay flat. The shoulders are not a straight edge the way they are bound off which is making it difficult for me.

This was my first real "garment" piece, and was quick to make.

Hi, I love this pattern, however for us beginners printed pattern information on left and right sides of vest should be written in full ,not reverse for left or right.Thankyou very much for letting me share my opinion.

I made this vest as my first real (not a scarf) project. I didn't like the suggested yarn so I used a different yarn with 75% wool. I had to write out each row on the front shaping to figure it out, but it worked.

I also lengthened the vest since is seemed much shorter than shown in the picture.
