EASY - nice yarn to work with and easy pattern - with 6 granddaughters, I could use a bunch of these!

This was a very simple and easy pattern. I whip them up in know time. My Granddaugheter now wants me to show her how to make them.
I did use a different yarn and they came out really good.

This pattern is really fun to make, and it works up really quickly! I completed one wristlet in about an hour or so. I haven't sewn them together yet, but I'm sure they will be just as much fun to wear in the fall/winter. I used Jiffy Thick and Quick Yarn and Susan Bates knitting needles (the size specified). The Susan Bates needles are a lot less expensive and I find they work just as well, but Lion Brand needles are very comfortable to work with. I absolutely love working with thick yarn and big needles, so this pattern was a blast to make! The only thing I found hard to believe was that they fit my seven-year-old sister and not me. Oh, well.
Thanks, Lion Brand, for this awesome pattern!
