Pocket Scarf & Beret Reviewed by Janet Toot on 2014-09-19 *****
I love this scarf & I am happy I kept it for myself!. My scarf is about 9" x 54". I decided to not add the pocket feature. Scarf is very warm & made with 100% wool. Sometimes I wear scarf around the house as a shawl with a shawl pin- the wool keeps me warm and the scarf is not as bulky as some shawls. I finished with a simple single crochet all around. Scarf did not need the sc, but I like the finished look. Happy knitting!

Cute Beret. Very quick knit. Only take a couple of hours. Made beret for charity.

(L size, rib circumference 22")
Used 10mm, and it came out a little loose.

(S Size, rib circumference 19")
Used 6.5mm for rib, and 8mm for rest of beret.

I believe this is the pattern I used to knit a beret several years ago. It was a little loose, so I added elastic thread to the band. I love it, so I am going to make another one.
