I love this pattern! I joined all sections and worked the neckline with a circular needle turning the poncho into a turtleneck. I get compliments everywhere I go!

A great poncho that gets many complements when I wear it. The only problem is that the neckline turned out to be way too wide, so it hangs off one shoulder.

Because of the striping of many of the yarns, I knitted all four pieces on a circular needle with no seams. That is not too hard to do, just remembering to change the wrong side to the opposite stitches (where it is to knit, purl; and where to purl, knit). It is important to put markers in to keep the repeats right, and mark each quarter.
I have made several and enjoyed making and wearing them.

I started to make this. It was time consuming because you have to make four(4) pieces and join them. I ditched this pattern for another one.

I have knitted this pattern 4 times & am about to do one for myself. I started by knitting it & sending to my sister in London. Was then asked to make another 3 for various friends of hers.

I knitted this poncho for a silent auction at my grandson's preschool. I thought perhaps it would bring $40, however, the bidding went crazy right before it closed and it went for almost $100.00. I was flabbergasted! In fact, one of the people who lost the bid asked if I ever knitted items for sale and if so, would I knit one for her! So I guess I would have to rate this as a great pattern.
