Zig-Zag Jacket Reviewed by Dace Liepins on 2010-09-21 *****
Great jacket, quick to work up. I didn't do the collar as is, just finished by filling in the triangles and then doing a couple rounds of single crochet around to unify the line a bit.

Didn't try to match the colors in the picture, however did the thicker stripe in Vanna's Choice Toffee and the thinner in Vanna's Choice Honey. The sleeves as made in the pattern were a little long for me so I had to fiddle with those a bit, however very nice pattern to work overall.

Thanks, Lion Brand for a neat pattern!

this was a little tricky. But I've always liked it from the moment lionbrand put it up on the web. I had the imagine yarn but used it for something else. So I made this with Vanna's Choice in purple, black, silver grey and grey (it's in storage now). I altered the collar to my preference. This works up quick and it's cozy. I also made a vintage crochet zigzag purse to make with black handles and topped it with a beautiful earring and necklace set I made. I received so many compliments on this, not just from the ladies, but from the gentlemen, they loved it. I'm in my 30's and I even got compliments from some teenagers. Hope This Helps

Believe it or not, this was one of the first sweaters I ever made. I made it with purple, black, mauve and grey AND I LOVE IT!!!!! After a lot of sweat and tears, I got it to come out right. It is one of my VERY FAVORITE sweaters.
