This is very easy, all single crochet, and was a good project for me to start back crocheting after not having done it in years. I chose to do it in the Kaleidoscope Chenille Thick & Quick which wasn't the wisest idea. Even though the yarn was pretty, it was too dark making it very difficult to see whether I was working in the back loop or not. I recommend using a lighter color yarn. It came out very heavy, thick and warm!

An Easy and simple pattern. I used 2 Balls for a contrasting colour and for the border. Also a Bamboo 9mm hook. very delightful result super soft and warm :)

Pattern is simple and elegant for the yarn. I used a P hook and achieved better results than with the N called for. I found that a plastic crochet hook works better with the chenille yarn than metal. An easy afghan to be completed with great results!

Turned out well. Be aware that the pattern is for a fairly small blanket. 39x48. I missed that when I started so it was small. Nice and soft and warm, though.
