I made this as a Christmas gift for my parents. Really neat pattern that looks more complicated than it is. I don't like sewing so I worked 3 panels across on 36" circular needles. awesome gift. quick to make.

Wonderful pattern!!

I made it four (4) panels wide and sixteen (16 cables long (plus to Row 9 and BO.

It was a bridal shower gift that the bride just loved!

That night the groom emailed me a picture of himself wrapped in my throw and telling me that since I was "his" aunt, he had first dibs on the throw for movie night at home.

Unfortunately I don't know how to send pictures.

Thank you, LionBrand.

I made this as a christmas gift for a family member. It was so easy and quick to make and the finished project is very elegant. The cables look beautiful in Homespun 'prairie'. I skipped the fringe and did a simple crochet edging around the blanket.

I agree that three panels is not enough. I created four and the blanket probably could have used a fifth. It does however knit up to a nice afghan once finished, and it was very simple and enjoyable to make.

Pattern calls for 3 panels which is very skimpy. Needs at least four. I ran out of yarn and the color is discontinued. All that work! Very disappointing!!!

Fast, easy and fun to do! Simple to make larger. Beautiful when finished. Made one for my mom and now have my 3 daughters and 3 sisters all wanting one.

This was a quick knit and an easy afghan to do, the end result was beautiful and cozy.
