You never know when you might need some assistance? Even Grandparents!

We were blessed with a newborn Grandson (born 3 months premature) on Thanksgiving 2011 @ 2:06 a.m. Our little Jacob had only 2 inch feet and we as Grandparents felt helpless. We could only see a very dark polaroid taken shortly after birth and it remained that way until his release on Christmas Eve. All the clothes from the shower were way too huge! Preemies have fragile skin and all kinds of info we and the parents needed to know. I contacted Graham's Foundation.org and they sent each preemie (our grandson too) a shoebox full of goodies hats, booties, coupons for free Pampers preemie diapers and food certificates to help the parents commuting to and from the hospital every 2 hrs. As well as the wealth of information on their website for parents and family! They also include cards from others who have gone through with the preemie struggle the ups and downs and well wishes! They stay in contact with the parents and ask for nothing. You may see a video of the Foundation named after their little boy twin who didn't make it at You Tube. I love the Preemie song Beep Beep! :o)

Please consider them with handmade goods NO WOOL Please! Soft is best and there is a list of needs wanted. Back to making cotton burp cloths ! There is HOPE in the least of us (tiniest) and their amazing stories. You will never complain again and rejoice with all the wonderful success stories!

Thank you for Helping in advance....Be an ambassador for your hospital through Grahams! :o)
