I have a friend at work that saw the black sweater I had done for my own mother and she had to have one for hers. She lives in a nursing home and is often chilly. Most afghans don't make enough of a fashion statement for "Mom" so her daughter thought this might do this trick. I must say, I tried it on and they are like wearing an afghan. The Vanna's Choice yarn washes up SO soft, it's wonderful!
