The shawl was made for East View United Church of Christ's Prayer Shawl Committee. It will be given to a sick and shut-in person. I made it a little wider that the patterned suggested. I started out with a 63 stitch chain as opposed to 51. It's about 20 inches wide and 5'6" in length. It was easy and fast to make. The yarn is very soft. I'm sure that the person who gets it will feel very warm when wearing it.
