This charming little amigurumi owl with his whimsical coloring and large sad eyes just begs to be cuddled. He’s easy to take with you in his coordinating granny square purse with an owl appliqué to match. He was inspired by some fabric of which I made a top for one of my nieces. The little owls in the print were so cute; I just had to bring one “to life”. Since my children love to bring along their new toys, everywhere they go, it seemed only natural to make a special purse to carry him in. His plump little body in soft shades of green with his pink wings turned up just slightly are like a spring-time version of the standard owls in brown.
