Plastic ornament ball
1 strand of LED lights (battery operated)

This ornament was knit on a small loom with fun fur. I left the gathered top open. Then I took a plastic clear Christmas ball and put a strand of lights inside the ball. I returned the top and then put this ball inside the knitting. I then gathered the last part of the knitting around the top and knotted it off. I put the box with batteries on the tree and it can be turned on and off to glow. It does not have to be on a tree, since these are cool led lights with a box and switch it could go in a wreath on the door or in a bowl full and have the box underneath some garland and glow out from the fish bowl. It was fun and I made a few for a friend for Christmas too.
